Heard Shri D.S. Lambat, the learned Advocate for the applicant. None appears for the non-applicants. For the reasons stated in the application and the fact that it is not opposed inasmuch as the reply is not filed by the non-applicants, the application is allowed. The delay of 54 days in filing the appeal is condoned, subject to deposit of Rs. 1000/- with the High Court Legal Services, Sub Committee till 30th January, 2015. If the receipt showing that the amount is deposited is not produced on the record till 30th January, 2015, the order shall stand recalled and the civil application as well as the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
