Heard.

The applicants are arrested for the offence punishable under Sections 7 and 12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act. ACP, Akola is personally present before this Court and has stated that noting is to be recovered from the applicants. Learned trial Court has illegally rejected the application of the applicants on the ground that the applicants will threaten the witnesses. Hence, the following order. The application is allowed. The applicants be released on bail on furnishing PR bond or Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty-five thousand only) each with one solvent surety in the like amount.

The applicants shall cooperate with the investigating agency.

The applicants to remain present in the office of ACB as and when called by IO.
