DATED : APRIL 6, 2017 Heard Shri Darda, learned Counsel for applicant and Shri Thakur, learned Counsel for nonapplicant. This application is filed by revision applicant seeking further time of two months to deposit amount of Rs.2,11,000/- as per directions of this Court vide order dated 21/9/2016 contending that after the matter was compounded between the parties, this Court has directed applicant to pay costs of Rs.2,11,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur within two weeks. However, due to certain reasons beyond the control of applicant and as has been mentioned in the application, said order could not be complied with. It is submitted that applicant is ready to deposit Rs.50,000/- today and he has already obtained demand draft in the name of High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.

For the grounds reasons mentioned in the

0604appr5.17 2/2 application and as amount directed to be deposited is towards costs as aforesaid, following order is passed : Applicant to deposit Rs.50,000/- with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur immediately. Remaining amount against total amount of Rs.2,11,000/- be paid by 8th June 2017 without fail. The criminal application is allowed in the above terms.
