DATED : JANUARY 27, 2023 On 13.01.2023, the applicant was protected from arrest in connection with Crime No. 0621/2022 registered with Police Station, Balapur, which invoke offences punishable under Sections 188, 272, 273 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code along with Sections 26(2) (i), 26(iv), 27(3), 27(3)(d), 27(3)(e) and 59 of Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. The applicant was directed to report to the Police Station on every Monday between 3.00 pm. to 5.00 p.m.
Learned counsel for the applicant specifically submit that he has abided by the said conditions imposed upon him and reported to the Investigating Officer. The Statement is not denied by the learned A.P.P. 2.
In the wake of the aforesaid and considering the prima facie observations made by this Court while
2 25-ABA No.23.2023 admitting the applicant to ad interim protection, I deem it appropriate to confirm the order dated 13.01.2023 subject to the same stipulations, with additional condition that the applicant shall report to Investigating Officer as and when called.
