DATE : 21.03.2016 The only prayer made by the petitioner in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondent to decide the application made by the petitioner on 30.6.2015 for grant of compensation as early as possible.

Shri Tembhare, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent states, on instructions, that the respondent has already decided the application filed by the petitioner, on 30.6.2015 by the order dated 4.3.2016.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the cause for filing the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
