It is stated that for non-removal of office objection, the Registrar (J) has dismissed the appeal vide order dated 25/06/2019 which is rejected on 09/07/2019.

Considering the reasons as stated in the application in paragraph Nos.2 and 3, the delay caused in filing the first appeal is condoned.
