JUNE 24, 2024 The learned Counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Further, he makes a request to recall order of imposing cost of Rs.5,000/-, which was imposed vide order dated 10/6/2024. The cost was imposed in connection with bringing on record the legal representatives of respondent no.17.

2] Since the petition itself has been sought to be withdrawn, the request made by the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted. The order imposing cost of Rs.5,000/- stands recalled.

3] The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
