This is an application for grant of pre-arrest bail.

Heard learned counsel Shri Y.S.Gorle for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri S.M.Ghodeswar for the State.

This Court is of consistent view that before approaching to this Court, the applicant, who is seeking bail or pre-arrest bail, must approach to Trial Court. 4.

During course of submissions, it is revealed to this Court that after filing of chargesheet, the applicant did not file any application for grant of bail before Trial Court and his case was not considered in the light of material collected by Investigating Officer.

In this view of the matter, the criminal application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to file .....2/-
