The present petition came to be filed by petitioner under the presumption that the review application filed by the respondents came to be allowed without hearing the petitioner. However, in the reply, the Additional Commissioner has make it clear that the word "ekU; dj.;kr ;srks" speaks only about the acceptance of filing and not allowing the application for review. Accordingly, the application for review is still pending and not yet decided.
