25/01/ 1] After hearing the matter for sometime and considering the facts of the case and the nature of accusations against the applicant and that there is counter report, when we expressed that we are not inclined to show any indulgence under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure at this stage, learned advocate for the applicant, on instructions, sought permission to withdraw the criminal application, however, prayed for liberty to move appropriate application before appropriate forum if charge-sheet is filed against the applicant in the matter.
