The learned Advocate for the respondent No.4 and the learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.1 and 3 do not dispute that there is an inadvertent error in order passed by this Court on 15th November, 2016 and in the 9th line of page No.1 of the order instead of "7 acres" it should be "7 hectors".

The correction be carried out in the order.

The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
