Heard Shri Saboo, learned counsel for the applicant - petitioner and Shri Wankhede, learned counsel for the respondent.

The petitioner is restricting his challenge only to seek protection in employment. Civil Application is taken out to add that prayer and as caste claim is pending, Caste Scrutiny Committee is also sought to be added.

Civil Application is allowed. The necessary amendment be carried out within one week.

Shri Deshpande, learned counsel, who is present in the Court, waives notice for added Respondent No. 2.

Civil Application No. 2366 of 2013 is disposed of as infructuous.
