Heard.

This Court has looked into arguments as advanced and then found that the challenge in writ petition is misconceived. The question, whether the petitioner belongs to Mana scheduled tribe is also gone into by Scrutiny Committee which applied affinity test for that purpose and it found that the petitioner did not belong to Mana scheduled tribe.

The finding of affinity is finding of fact. As such, no case is made out warranting interferece in review. M.C.A. is rejected. JUDGE JUDGE Ambulkar
