This is second application for securing anticipatory bail. The earlier bail application filed by the applicants was registered as Criminal Application (ABA) No.751 of 2017 which was rejected by this Court on 20.11.2017.

Learned counsel Shri P.D. Randive for the applicants submits that though there is no change in circumstance in the matter and as earlier counsel of the applicants has not taken proper grounds in the application, the said application was rejected. 3.

I am afraid that such submissions can be canvassed before the Court for considering the application for anticipatory bail which wasd already rejected by this Court on 20.11.2017. 4.

The criminal application stands rejected.
