Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Respondents. 2.
It appears that the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Nagpur by it's order dated 29/11/2022, dismissed the proposal of the Petitioner, however, kept the merits of the matter open. It was directed to the applicant to file afresh proposal along with documents to the site of the Scrutiny Committee as the applicant has not supplied old documents prior to 1950. 3.
In view of this order, the Petitioner is granted liberty to submit a fresh proposal to the Respondent Committee with all documents available with him so as to enable the
2 6-WP No.1779.2025 Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the claim of Petitioner.

As such, the Petitioner to appear before the Respondent Committee on 30/09/2025. The Petitioner shall submit an Online proposal before that.

The Respondent Committee to decide the proposal of the Petitioner afresh as per provisions of law within a period of three months.
With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
