I have heard the father in person who is the applicant in this Civil Application. It is submitted that the child is having some illness as mentioned by the doctor who has examined her on 10.1.2020. Medicines have been prescribed. The father has enjoyed the custody of the child in her vacation for five days and going by the order of this Court dated 8.1.2020, the child has to be returned to the wife on 16.1.2020 before sunset.

I find from the doctor's prescription placed on record that the child has urine sensitivity and which is not a major illness due to which the child has to be hospitalized. Medicines have been prescribed and intake of water is also advised.

I do not find that there is any reason for this

The Civil Application, therefore, stands rejected. 5.

Considering the above, the motion for speaking to the minutes of the order, does not survive and stands disposed off.
