Learned Counsel for the petitioner Mr. Virat Mishra seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Division Bench.

Liberty to approach the Division Bench is sought on the premise that the order impugned came to be passed suppressing the pendency of Writ Petition 4019 of 2021 and that the Tahasildar, while passing the order impugned has taken a stand contrary to the stand taken by him in Writ Petition 4019 of 2021.

The question of granting liberty as such does not arise since the maintainability of the petition, if filed, will be decided obviously by the Division Bench. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to take recourse to such remedy as is permissible in law.
