By this application the petitioner seeks leave to amend the writ petition by raising additional grounds and adding prayers in the prayer clause.

Considering the fact that the writ petition is yet to be admitted, the prayer seeking amendment is granted. The amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today. It is open for the respondents to file additional replies opposing the prayers made in the application.
