The petitioner claims to be daughter of one alias Pundlikrao Mule, who died on 26.09.2004. Shri Bhagwani, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his two lands were acquired i.e. Field Survey Nos.61 and 62. He submits that the award was passed on 08.11.2004. He further submits that stepmother of the petitioner and others filed a reference proceedings before the Reference Court. In the said proceedings, the petitioner has filed an application for intervention and that is rejected. Against that, the present writ petition. (2) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner an application under Section 30 of Land Acquisition Act for apportionment, which was decided ex-parte and against that he has preferred an appeal before this Court and said appeal is still pending.

(3) In that view of the matter, the writ petition has no merit. The writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. JUDGE Wagh
