Perused the Pursis dated 21.01.2021 filed by the respondent No.2. The respondent No.2 has made a statement that he will release the passport of the petitioner within three working days of the application that the petitioner may file before the respondent No.2 seeking release of the passport.

In view of above, we direct that the respondent No.2 shall release the passport of the petitioner in three working days from the date of his
