Adv. Bhattad for petitioners, upon instructions, states that petition may be allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to come after State Government decides proposal pending with it.

2408wp413.14 2/2 opposing grant of liberty. He submits that as of now, amount in excess of Rs.1,69,00,000/- is to be recovered by respondent no.4 from respondent no.3 Society.
In this situation, as petitioners have deposited amount of Rs.21,50,000/- with respondent no.4 and amount of Rs.10,00,000/- with Registry of this Court, we permit respondent no.4 to withdraw the amount along with interest in deposit with the Registry of this Court. Similarly, we dispose of the writ petition as withdrawn with liberty to petitioners to approach again after the representation/proposal pending with respondent no.1 is decided by respondent no.1. Needless to mention that liberty is restricted only to issue, which is being looked into by respondent no.1.
