MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL APPLICATION (REVIEW) ST.NO.968/2021 Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the order under review.

It is found that in the application the applicant intends to raise grounds which would require to take a different view than what has been taken while deciding Writ Petition No.5367/2009 with Writ Petition No.4821/2008. I do not find any error apparent on the face of record to invoke review jurisdiction.
