This is an application for grant of bail.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, it reveals that the stake of the cheating and misappropriation is in the crores, there are criminal antecedents against the present applicant shows the similar nature of the offences are registered against him in view of that, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with direction to expedite the trial. Considering the pendency before the trial court such direction cannot be given.
