Liberty to the petitioners to apply for regularization of plot in question under the Maharashtra Guthewari Development (Regularisation, Upgradation and Control) Act, 2001 and the structure built thereon under the allied laws governing the said issue. 4.

In case, such prayer is made by the petitioners before the competent authority, we direct the competent authority to take decision within a period of four weeks after the petitioners report compliance of entire procedure.
