This application is filed for condonation of 23 days delay, caused in filing appeal against judgment and order dated 23-10-2018 passed in Sessions Trial No.278/2016 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-11, Nagpur, convicting the applicants for the offences punishable under Sections 376(D) and 366 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
