The applicant has made multiple application, wherein precisely he sought permission to visit the legal aid office of this Court as well as his residence and the District Court for collecting information and to take necessary legal aid assistance. To buttress his submission, he relied on the order of this Court dated 04.05.2018 passed by this Court in Criminal Public Interest Litigation (ST) No. 32/2016 (Ketan Tirodkar Vs. State of Maharashtra along with connected matters).

Presently, the applicant is in Tadoja Jail, Mumbai. The above order passed in different factual scenario cannot be treated a ratio decidendi. The applicants may send their application to the Secretary Legal Service Sub-committee, Nagpur for getting legal assistance which would serve the purpose. At this
