Gangane, A.G.P. for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3. The learned advocates for the respective parties while making submissions in Writ Petition No. 2116 of 2014 stated that the similar matter is pending, however, it is not listed and it can be disposed of. Accordingly, this matter is called.

The learned advocates for the respective parties state that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties in the National Lok Adalat held at Labour Court, Gondia on 23rd November, 2013.

The learned advocate for the petitioners has pointed out the copy of the Award passed by the National Lok Adalat.

In view of the above fact, the petition does not survive, it is disposed of accordingly. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
