In the affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos.3 and 4 a communication dated 27.01.2023 issued by the respondent no.2 has been annexed. As per that communication the respondent no.2 has cancelled the work orders that were issued to the respondent nos.3 and 4 for the Districts of Amravati, Akola and Buldana.

In the light of aforesaid, the purpose of filing the writ petitions stands served. The writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Needless to state that the respondent no.2 is free to initiate fresh process of inviting tenders.
