This application is filed by the respondent / employee praying that he be permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner with the Registry of this Court. This application is filed on 15th January, 2018. The record shows that petition was listed on 29th January, 2018 and the respondent appeared in person on that date and was heard and an order was passed issuing Rule and directing that the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lakhs) deposited by the petitioner be kept in fixed deposit account in nationalized bank until further orders. Considering this order, the prayer made in this application cannot be granted at this stage. The civil application is dismissed accordingly. No costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
