Civil Application [MCA] Stamp No.1022 of 2016 : As the registration of writ petition has been refused for non removal of office objections, without issuing notice to the other respondents and accepting the reasons stated in the application, the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) on 21/12/2015 is set aside and the writ petition is restored. The civil application is allowed.

If the office objections are not removed within four weeks, the petition shall dismiss without reference to this Court with costs quantified at Rs.1,000/- to be deposited by the petitioners with the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
