It is contended that the impugned order was passed merely on the basis of suspicion and without any reasons therefor. This is apparent on perusal of the impugned order, considering which, the same is hereby quashed and set aside and the matter is remanded back to the Tahsildar, Wardha, for passing a reasoned order on the facts and circumstances of the case.

In view of above, the petition is allowed in the above terms. No costs.
