The applicant/Claimant has filed this application for condonation of delay of 107 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 01.07.2019 in L.A.C. No.113 of 2004.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent nos.1 and 3 though did not raise any strong objection, however, the learned Counsel for the respondent no.2/ Acquiring Body despite appearance remained absent.

As such, considering the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the application stands allowed and the delay is condoned, subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Registry of this Court within two weeks, for utilization of the High Court Dispensary.

It is made clear that the applicant/Claimant shall not claim any interests and statutory benefits for the aforesaid period of the delay.
