The grievance of the petitioner was with regard to non compliance of the direction issued by this Court in Writ Petition No.6094 of 2014. This Court by its judgment dated 04.07.2019 had directed the respondent to consider allotting alternate petroleum outlet to the petitioner. By filing reply the respondent has stated that an alternate outlet was offered to the petitioner. Thereafter the petitioner after accepting the outlet started operating the same from 24.06.2020.

Shri P.D. Randive learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sale at the said alternate outlet is insufficient to sustain the petitioner. That grievance cannot be considered in contempt jurisdiction. Since we find the direction in the writ petition has been duly complied with, we dispose of the contempt petition.
