After hearing learned counsel for the appellant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the same with direction to the learned trial Court to expedite the trial. The trial is already commenced and four witnesses have already been examined. 3.

The learned trial Court shall dispose of the trial within six months.

The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with direction as prayed for.
