DATE : 23/01/2018 By this criminal writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction against the respondents to arrest the accused persons in connection with the First Information Report dated 7/9/2017. The petitioner has availed the remedy of approaching the Judicial Magistrate First Class under Section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and certain orders are passed by the learned Magistrate in the same.

In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to consider the prayer made by the petitioner in the writ petition. The criminal writ petition stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
