DATE : 14.3.2016 Heard Shri S.V. Sirpurkar, advocate for the applicant, Shri R.S. Nayak, A.P.P. for the non-applicant no.1 and Shri M.N. Raipure, advocate for non-applicants 2 to 5.

The applicant has filed this revision application challenging the judgment passed by the learned Magistrate acquitting the non-applicant no.2 of the charge for the offence punishable under Section 448 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. After hearing the learned advocates for the respective parties, I find that the learned Magistrate has properly and exhaustively dealt with the material on the record. The learned advocate for the applicant has not been able to show that any relevant and material evidence is not considered by the learned Magistrate. I do not see any reason to interfere with the findings recorded by the learned Magistrate. The

2 revn12.14 criminal revision application is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
