Heard Shri A.P.Kalmegh, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri N.R.Rode, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 2.

The only prayer sought by the petitioner, who is a student, is for expeditious consideration of his tribe claim. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, request for such verification was made through Online mode on 26.12.2020. He .....2/-

Judgment wp3526.22 submits that the petitioner desires to pursue further studies. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the respondent - Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously within a period of four months from the date of the petitioner's appearance before the Scrutiny Committee. To facilitate such adjudication, the petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on July 6, 2022.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Rule accordingly. No costs.
