1] This matter was heard for quite sometime.

2] The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner desires to take a chance by moving an application to the Municipal Corporation under Section 22A of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 ('MRTP Act') requesting for regularization of a tin shed standing in the suit property and seeks liberty to withdraw this petition.

3] In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn. In the event, the petitioner makes an application under Section 22A of the MRTP Act, the same shall be considered on its own merits and this Court has not expressed any view about the merits of the said application.
