The petitioners have challenged the order dated 11/08/2021 passed by the learned Additional Collector, Amravati in Revenue Appeal No.RTS/64/Khairi/2019-2020 whereby application for condonation of delay of 1318 days is condoned.

Perusal of the impugned order will demonstrate that the learned Appellate Authority has not recorded any reasons for condoning the delay.

In view of the above, the impugned order dated 11/08/2021 is quashed and set aside. The matter is remitted to the learned Additional Collector, Amravati for deciding the said application afresh.

Parties are directed to appear before the learned Additional Collector, Amravati on 22/12/2025.

Parties to note that separate notice for appearance will not be issued by the Appellate Authority. 6.
Writ Petition is partly allowed and disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
