This is an application for speaking to minutes. 2.

It is stated that in para No.5 of the order dated 9th October, 2023, it is recorded that "compensation of Rs.1,20,000/- has already been paid to the respondent". It is submitted that in fact, the amount has not been paid to the respondents. The amount has been deposited by the appellant in the Court. It is submitted that respondent is entitled to withdraw the amount with accrued interest.

In view of this, last sentence of para No.5 is corrected and replaced as follows:-

2 12 caf 162.24.odt. "The amount has not been paid to the respondent. The amount of Rs.1,20,000/- is lying deposited in this Court. The respondent is entitled to receive that amount with accrued interest."
