By the present revision application, the applicant-wife along with her minor daughter challenge the order dated 20.10.2011 and 11.11.2013 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, arising out of maintenance proceeding.

It is submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the applicants as well as the learned counsel for the non applicant that during the pendency of the present revision application, the applicants and non applicant have reached to the compromise. The terms of the compromise are reduced into writing and it is styled as Compromise Deed. It is signed by both; applicant and non applicant and their respective counsel. It is dated 08.01.2018 and it is filed on record on 09.01.2018 vide Stamp No.137/2018. Both the applicant no.1 and non
revn8.15.odt applicant are present in the Court. They are duly identified by Dr. Sundaram and Mr. M. Singh, Advocates for the respective parties.

The Court also inquired them about the compromise. Both; applicant and non applicant submitted that they have settled their dispute amicably as per the terms mentioned in the compromise deed. 5.
Since, the compromise is not against any law as on today, the said compromise is accepted. 6.
It is stated by Dr. Sundram, Advocate that two demand drafts total amounting to Rs.15,00,000/- are handed over to the applicant no.1.
