GANEDIWALA, JJ. DATE : January 21, 2022 By this application it is prayed that Writ Petition No.4519/2021 be restored as it was dismissed on account of failure to file second set of the writ petition. Though the prayer for restoration is opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents as well as for the intervenor, considering reasons mentioned in the application, the writ petition is restored to file. The second set of the writ petition shall be filed by 25/01/2022. Subject to aforesaid, the writ stands restored. Civil Application is disposed of. If second set is filed on record, the writ petition be listed for further consideration on 28/01/2022.
