We do not find it necessary to comment on merits of the controversy. Submissions is, in-laws who are applicants before this Court had no occasion to stay with respondent no.2. This ground was available to them when FIR was filed and investigation was

In this situation, we are not inclined to intervene in extra ordinary jurisdiction. However, with liberty to applicants to take such other steps as are available to them in law, we dispose of the present application. No costs.
