This Petition is filed for only one relief, that is to direct the Respondent to reinstate the Petitioner pursuant to the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Nagpur on 30 April 2019. The Petition was filed on 5 December 2019. The learned Counsel for the Respondent states that the order is complied with and the Petitioner is reinstated.

Today, none appears for the Petitioner. When the notice was issued, none had appeared for the Petitioner. The Petitioner had filed a pursis wherein certain claims regarding backwages, etc., have Lanjewar
