By the present application, the applicants are seeking to condone the delay of 156 days caused in filing the appeal. 3.

The contention is that applicant - Parvati w/o Tukaram Chavan is suffering from insomnia, arthritis and hypertension. The certificate of doctor in that regard has been tendered across the bar. The same is taken on record.

The application is strongly opposed by the learned counsel for non-applicant and sought rejection of the application. 5.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application coupled with the medical certificate, the case is made out for condonation of delay. The delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to Tirora Bar Association. 6.

The appeal be registered and numbered accordingly after depositing the costs of Rs.5,000/- with Tirora Bar Association. 7.
