D ATE : JANUARY 19 , 202 By an earlier order dated 9/6/2022 passed in these Writ Petitions, the petitioner was permitted to travel to Turkey from 11/6/2022 to 17/6/2022 subject to furnishing an undertaking as stated in para 25 of the judgment in Writ Petition No. 2826/2022. By the present applications, the petitioner seeks permission to travel to Switzerland and Germany from 26/1/2023 to 4/2/2023. In view of Look Out Circulars issued at the behest of the creditors, such permission has been sought.

We find from the earlier order dated 9/6/2022 passed in the aforesaid Writ Petitions the permission to travel abroad was granted. It is informed that the conditions imposed by the said order have been complied with by the petitioner.

In view of aforesaid and in the light of the earlier interim orders, the petitioner is permitted to travel to Switzerland and Germany from 26/1/2023 to 4/2/2023. This would be subject to furnishing an undertaking as stated in para

2 41-CAW-197-2023.odt 25 of the judgment in Writ Petition No. 2826/2022. In addition, the petitioner shall furnish details as regards the places where he would be residing in Switzerland and Germany during the said period. The undertaking be filed in this Court prior to the scheduled date of departure. The learned Special Judge (PC Act) CBI, New Delhi is free to consider the petitioner's request to travel abroad on its own merits.

Shri S.N. Kumar, learned Counsel undertakes to communicate this order by e-mail to the State Bank of India.

Shri N.S. Deshpande, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India shall communicate this order to respondent No.1. Similarly, the learned Counsel representing the respective Banks shall also communicate this order to the respective Banks to take necessary steps to facilitate the petitioner's travel in terms of this interim order.

The Civil Applications are disposed of.

An authenticated copy of this order be supplied to the learned Counsel for the parties.
