DATE : 10/06/2022 It appears that during the pendency of the Civil Revision Application No.177 of 2018, the President of the respondent trust died. This was noted by the learned Registrar and thereafter, the revision applicants were granted time to take appropriate steps in the matter. After taking note of the fact that sufficient opportunity was granted to the applicants and they failed to take appropriate steps, it was held by order dated 17/12/2019 by the learned Registrar that the revision application stood abated.

In the meanwhile, the original applicant No.1 in the revision application also passed away. As a consequence, the present application has been filed. The applicants have filed a revision application challenging the order of the learned registrar. 3.
There is an application for condonation of delay of 22 days in filing the said revision application and an application to bring on record the legal representatives of the original revision applicant in the revision application, as well as these applications. 4.
For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. The legal representatives of the original revision applicant No.1 are permitted to be brought on record.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
Delay in filing revision application challenging the order of the learned Registrar dated 17/12/2019, is condoned.

The revision application challenging the said order of the Registrar is allowed for the reasons stated in the application and the order passed by the Registrar is set aside.

Consequently, the revision applicants are now directed to take appropriate steps to bring on record the proper person representing the respondent trust, within a period of four weeks from today. 8.
Applications are disposed of.
