Heard Shri S.G. Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner was co-petitioner in Writ Petition No. 3948 of 2013 along with Shaikh Abdul Rashid Abdul Nakib. An identical challenge was raised by Shaikh Abdul Rashid Abdul Nakib in Writ Petition No. 8200 of 2017 and that writ petition is disposed of on 05.03.2018 by the coordinate Bench with liberty to him to file appropriate review application in disposed of Writ Petition No. 3948 of 2013. He seeks similar liberty here. 2.

Ms. N.P. Mehta, learned AGP for respondent No. 1 and Shri Malokar, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submit that in present matter, still they are awaiting instructions and hence, are not in a position to offer comments on the request made by Shri Joshi, learned counsel.

In the wake of orders dated 05.03.2018 (supra),

1903wp627.18 without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties in present matter, we grant the petitioner similar liberty to file review application in disposed of Writ Petition No. 3948 of 2013.

With this liberty, we dispose of the present writ petition. However, there shall be no order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
