By this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, applicants who are in-laws of non-applicant No.2, have filed this application challenging First Information Report No.31/2020 and consequent chargesheet No.171/2020 pending before learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Barshitakli, Akola.

We have carefully considered allegations in the First Information Report and material available on record. 4.

Having considered the material in the chargesheet, we are satisfied that there is material against applicants which requires to be tested in the trial.

At this stage, we cannot go into truthfulness of allegations made against applicants.
