The learned Counsel Mr. Durge caused his appearance on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2. 3.

The applications are filed for restoration of appeal, which was dismissed against the respondent nos.1 and 2 and also for condonation of delay of 635 days in filing the restoration application. The appeal against respondent no.3 Shriram General Insurance Company Limited is still pending.

As such, the order dated 02.01.2024 whereby appeal is dismissed against respondent nos.1 and 2, stands recalled and appeal is restored against the respondent nos.1 and 2 by condoning the aforesaid delay. The applications stand disposed of.
